Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Flodio — the workspace for licensed real estate professionals — operated by BrightOne Creative Inc. (“BrightOne”, “we”) under the registered business name Flodio.

Eligibility

Flodio is intended for licensed real estate professionals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the licence and brokerage information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting [email protected]. Deletion removes your personal information per our retention policy; content you shared with a team may persist in anonymized form.

Plans and pricing

Paid plans are billed through flodio.app. Where the plan price changes as new Flodio products launch, existing subscribers keep their price for 12 months from their subscription date (grandfathering).

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of listing, tour and open house information you publish through Flodio, and for complying with your board, regulator and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
