Flodio is operated by BrightOne Creative Inc. under the registered business name Flodio. This policy describes what we collect when agents and their visitors use flodio.app, my.flodio.app and flodio.me.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, licence information), product content you create (tours, open house sessions, cards, marketing), device and push-registration data, and usage analytics. Visitor sign-ins collect the details the hosting agent configures.

How we use it

To provide the products, send transactional email (tour shares, open house follow-ups, receipts), deliver push notifications you opt into, and meet legal obligations. Marketing email requires consent under CASL; every marketing message includes unsubscribe.

Retention and your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time — account deletion is self-serve in the app. We retain deleted-account records only as required by law. Contact [email protected] for requests.

Service providers

We use vetted processors for hosting, email delivery (Amazon SES), payments (Stripe), analytics (PostHog) and push delivery (Apple/Google). Data is stored in Canada/US infrastructure.
